Added memory reducing feature (like in version for Skyrin in ENBoost) via two additional variables in the enbseries.ini under category, work best on NVidia cards, with AMD it’s much slower and not very effective against CTDs. V0.194: Removed fix for transparency bug of some objects, because by uknown reason it not work for some users and makes objects transparent. V0.216: Added memory reducing feature of ENBoost. There are too many changes to enumerate them, ask on the forum.

V0.225: Ported core of the mod from Skyrim version, so now it support annotations for shaders, external lens and dirt effects, separated enblocal.ini file, etc. V0.230: Fixed issues with “transparent” weapons in some places of New Vegas. V0.232: Added precision parameter for ambient occlusions to control noise. V0.237: Fixed some landscape shaders to remove detailed shadow artifacts. Added text with current videocard model for laptop users. V0.246: Added denoiser and supersampling for ambient occlusion. V0.263: Fixed not working key to free video memory and fps limiter. Added shadow desaturation parameter for detailed shadows. V0.267: Added string annotations to shaders similar to TES Skyrim 0.265 version.

This is just the mod with default preset, download customized presets and shaders from the forum or other sites. Warning! To run the mod properly, enable HDR in game video options.ĭepth of field effect supported by external shader file enbeffectprepass.fx, i recommend to use Matso version of it, for example from “Skyrim Visual Immersion” which is available by this link. Fixed bug when ENBoost compression was always enabled. Changed ENBoost memory manager by forcing memory statistics of the mod only to reduce issues with bad drivers. POSTING THE ENBSERIES BINARY FILES ON NEXUS SITES IS STRICTLY PROHIBITEDĪdded AutodetectVideoMemorySize parameter. Included default preset is not configured, download customized from other sites like Nexus or from the forum.ĮNBSeries v0.278 for Fallout 3 / New Vegas Implemented color and lighting corrections, programmable post processing effects, sun rays, ambient occlusions and indirect lighting, detailed shadows. Not many effects made, because engine use multipass rendering and 2_0 shaders, this require too much effort to modify manually (parallax for terrain only possible with rewriting shaders to 3_0). This includes Steam overlay, EVGA, Afterburner, Avast antivirus, EMET, D3D Overrider, Razor and Logitek utils.ĮNBoost memory manager is included in all versions after 0.202, if you don’t need graphic effects, disable the mod in enbseries.ini

Many software types have compatibility issues with the mod because they hook in to game process or graphics, so make sure you do not run anything like that. Deferred rendering do not support antialiasing in dx9 and it used for higher blending quality of ambient occlusions and detailed shadows.
#Ambient occlusion skyrim sweetfx driver#
Most versions do not support hardware antialiasing, so do not enable it in game video options or in video driver control panel (especially important for AMD users), overwise you will see bugs (transparent objects is the most common artifact). Requirement of the mod to work properly is hdr must be enabled in game video options. It taxes my 970 rig hard.Fallout 3 / New Vegas version work with both these games the same. My question is weather I'm doing something wrong, or ENB's are always this intense? Also what would I be able to do to improve the performance?
#Ambient occlusion skyrim sweetfx full#
They all provide the look I'm going for, however I feel that their performance hit is quite significant, considering on the realvision page, a 970 is recommended for the full graphics option, yet I dont reach 60 fps with the performance version.Įverything is fine with the gpu, in the sense that it is hitting the correct boost clock of 1270mhz, and the cpu is also running at 4.1ghz. I have tried "Realvision" (the performance option), "Project ENB", and "Natural Lighting and Atmospherics for ENB", and all of them have given me around 40fps, with some dips into the 30s. This was however not the case, as with the ENB's I have tried so far, none of them give what I would call playable fps (60 fps most of the time). I assumed I would have enough headroom for any enb, since only around 30% of the gpus max ability was being used. the gou stays around 900mhz at 50% usage, so the fps is always pegged at 60, except for certain places like cities where the cpu core gets maxed and the fps tanks to 20-30. So my modded version of the game (only around 40 mods), runs quite well on my 780ti at 1440p.
